Eastern Scale labs are primarily engaged in Business-to-Business (B2B) data strategy. Consequently, the information we collect is typically limited to professional contact details necessary for service delivery and technical diagnostic data required for infrastructure scaling.

• Communication Data: Logs of correspondence, service inquiries, and project specifications shared via official channels.
• Technical Footprints: IP addresses, browser types, and interaction metrics gathered solely to optimize our own digital laboratory interface.

We retain professional data only as long as necessary to provide the services requested, or as required by Malaysian legal and financial reporting standards. When data is no longer required, it is purged using industrial-grade cryptographic erasure techniques.

Access to our internal labs environment is restricted via multi-factor authentication and hardware-level security tokens. We conduct biannual security audits to test our defensive perimeters against evolving digital threats.
